1. Introduction

These Terms of Use are for the DanceChallenge Player Beta software provided by KpopAgent. By installing and using this software, users are deemed to have agreed to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the software immediately.

2. Software Description

DanceChallenge Player Beta software uses AI to analyze MP4 dance videos stored on the user’s PC and evaluate how similar the user’s dance performance is to the video. The software runs on the user’s PC, training the AI based on the selected MP4 video and converting the results into a DCA file, which is saved on the PC.

The trained AI data can only be used for up to one day in the game, after which it will be deactivated from the game list. The software requires at least Windows 10 OS, 16GB of RAM, and an Intel Core i5-10400+ or AMD Ryzen 5 3600+ processor to run

3. User Classification

This software is intended for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes. Users may input videos they own into the software, but the videos must be free of copyright issues.

4. User Obligations

Users can input their own videos into the software for AI evaluation, but they are responsible for ensuring that there are no copyright issues with the videos. KpopAgent assumes no responsibility for the intellectual property rights of the videos users choose to upload. The user is solely responsible for the selection and use of video content. The software is intended for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes.

Additionally, DanceChallenge Player Beta software contains advertisements. Users must watch these ads to use the service. The advertisements are provided through Google AdSense, which may include Google’s ad tracking features.

5. Limitation of Liability

KpopAgent strives to minimize security vulnerabilities in the software, but it cannot guarantee protection against Python application security issues or server security vulnerabilities. KpopAgent is not responsible for any accidents or damages that may occur from using the software. Free users are not entitled to any compensation, even as a result of legal rulings or arbitration. Paid subscribers can only receive compensation up to the amount of their monthly subscription fee, and no more.

We strongly recommend installing and running DanceChallenge software on a dedicated PC and not on a PC used for important work. The software should ideally be run on a dedicated DanceChallenge PC.

6. Privacy Policy

DanceChallenge Player Beta software does not require any sign-up process, and the software provider does not collect any personal information. However, during the license key activation process, the user’s Windows device ID and IP address are collected for the sole purpose of verifying the license validity.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

DanceChallenge Player Beta software is the intellectual property of KpopAgent. Users and distributors are not permitted to modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the software beyond the terms outlined in these Terms of Use. The software cannot be used for commercial purposes and is restricted to personal use only.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All disputes related to these Terms of Use will be governed by the laws of South Korea, and unresolved disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul.
